Q1: If I leave my cart full for too long, will someone else steal my stuff?

No worries! Your cart is safe — it’s yours as long as the items are still in stock. But we recommend checking out before they run out, because unfortunately, we can’t hold items forever (we're not your mom).

Q2: Can I return a product just because my cat didn’t like it?

While we appreciate your cat’s opinion, our return policy only covers unused, undamaged items within the return period. Feel free to contact our support if you’re unsure — we’re happy to help (and say hi to your cat for us).

Q3: Do I need to water my product after receiving it?

Nope! Our products are ready to use — no watering, feeding, or singing lullabies required. Just unbox and enjoy.

Q4: Will my package arrive by drone, owl, or unicorn?

As magical as that sounds, we currently deliver via trusted courier partners. But hey, we’re always looking for faster (and cooler) ways to deliver your order!

Q5: Can I get a discount if I tell you a really good joke?

That’s a tempting idea! But for now, our discounts come through promotions and special offers — keep an eye out for those. (We do love a good joke though. Try us on social media!)

Q6: What if I accidentally fall in love with your product and can’t part with it?

That’s the goal 😉 But seriously, we want you to love what you buy. If it’s not a perfect match, our return policy has your back.
